Its pretty evident this time that axl plans to get it out in March.. but if the 8 weeks thing is true, and he wants to make March 6, hes gonna have to have the album handed to the record company in about 2 weeks?? dont know if he can do that...


I believe its coming otu this time... Actually, im more excited right now for seeing the album cover, the tracklist, seeing a video on vh1, hearing the single

I guess they might stay with Sanctuary, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.. I wouldn't be suprised if Carl Stubner takes them in his hands

I'd love it to be true, but I'm highly skeptical.  I find it troubling that Axl split from MM, and believe it was probably because Merck was trying to force him to put the album out. 

There's just no reason for all of these "delays" it makes no sense.  But again, I'd love to be wrong.

Actually, I'm pretty sure there are many reasons, that can't be talked about just now.

it's just a way to say, ok, we delay the album once again.
apparently he didn't even wrote it himself. 

Axl said it *definitely* comes out in 2006. it's not.

i don't care to know if it's Merck's fault (i'm sure it's not) or legals problems with the original line-up, etc.
i totally don't care.

oh, these multi-millionaire musicians have some hard pressure, poor them...that's sure, it's a hard life, huh ?

and i don't want to "take a break", i already take some, in ten years...thx anyway for this christmas.

at least, i hope we'll have a single. and not Better, please. excellent song, but we all already know it.

I am disappointed the album is not coming out this year, but at least we have a tentative release date from Axl!

I think its a good thing they are not gonna do the whole surprise release thing, i hated that idea and i think it would have made for poor first week sales.  Its good to see they've got rid of Merck - the guy can't organize shit.

I got the impression based on Axl's letter the record was done...finally!  He remarked about it taking 8 weeks from delivery to record company to appearing on store shelves.  He also said that past management (Merck an Co.) thought it could be done in 3 weeks!

I believe post tour, January will be devoted to contracts, making Fucking Videos, and single release.  The album is in the can!

Why do you find troubling that Axl split from Merck? You believe...you believe...you believe... and you should believe you are wrong because you are wrong. Merck was fired days before Thanksgiving and not because he was trying to force Axl to put an album out. There are much more going on between management and the artist than the album. You can assume anything you want and you're still wrong on your assumptions. Axl wrote a letter to the fans and, people like you try everything to turn it around. First the complaints ?that he never communicates with the fans, than, when he does, you call him ?a liar. What do you know about making an album? How many did you write? Your quote:"I'd love to be wrong", your wish came true, you are wrong.
