The rumor that sticks out the most to me is that the members of GnR work on one-year contracts, and essentially re-sign with the band on a yearly basis. ? ? Conspiracy theorists could easily say that the Jan. '07 dates were cancelled because the year was up, members have yet to re-sign, etc. ?I'm not saying it's the dumbest rumor - far from it - but it's the one that I remember for some reason...

Well, Chokri himself (concertpromoter of Pukkelpop) actually told that on Studio Brussel, so I guess it was true.? But it wasn't at a restaurant but on the festivalsite.? Axl was allready late because his plane was delayed, they brought him, from Luik it was I think, under police-escort to the site and than he told Chokri he'd like to have this special kind of fish before going onstage. |
