What it says in the header. Even at the "acoustic" shows he's playing a semi-solid electric, and on Patience he's playing a Les Paul. Why? It's not as if he can't afford to buy an acoustic... No criticism, just wondering what's going on; has anyone ever asked him about it?

Why not? Slash didnt play an acoustic when they played patience live.

Acoustics feel and play different too, so he prolyl just prefers playin his les pauls on an acoustic channel rather than an acoustic guitar. I dont like acoustics.

The heavy solos are still there in the acustic songs so it's not really wierd.

Go check out the live NIN dvd where robin plays an acustic on Hurt... Tongue

Any acoustics they are going to use onstage are going to be acoustic/electrics, how else would the audience hear them?

Do you know what acoustic means? You can play it without any elecric things plugged in to it because its ACOUSTIC. Without the microphones then the audience wouldnt hear you but that another story. But a acoustic guitar with a microphone is what Fortus is playing, and hes the only one playing acoustic.

So if you have your period right now, wait a week and then you go and read a book about guitars or something before you ask that kind of questions  rofl
