Democracy from below--which mod should be asked to resign?

Here's a chance to give Jarmo some feedback about how the "masses" feel about the elite who govern them. Which moderator would you like to see replaced? You can provide reasons why, if you want, but the point is to let Jarmo know who is alienating the people who post here so that he can consider replacing that person with someone more "user-friendly."

I don't give a fuck.
This ain't a democracy,
And I'm cool with that.
You are a GUEST here.
This is Jarmo's house, not yours.
Get over it, son.

Excuse me:
a. I am not your son (thank god)
b. it is a discussion. It not about whose house it is or whether there is anything to "get over."
The point is, in case you misunderstood, is to provide feeback to the "owner" of the house as to who is doing their job well and who is not, according to the people who frequent this site. After all, without the masses, this "house" would be nothing.

Nobody's alienating me from this site.
None of the mods, at least.
Seriously, though, I appreciate how consistent and unified all of the mods are - if they were each applying their own twist on the rules or taking too many liberties, it could easily drive many away from this site. However, even when things happen that I don't necessarily agree with - not allowing certain letters to be discussed, for example - I still appreciate that it's enforced by all the mods throughout the site.

Krispy Kreme.
Since you seem to feel the need for a topic such as this, it would be only fair if you'd go first and told your opinion on the subject.
(I just don't like when some people make topics like "what do you think about apples..? discuss.")

I feel no need whatsoever. I just thought that since there seems to be a fair amount of complaining, we might be able to turn it into something constructive. That is, let's place personal responsibility where it is needed, if appropriate. Apparently, some people took it differently. And it was not intended to be trap of any kind.
I have no one specific to mention in reference to your query. I don't always agree with the way things are done around here and some of the decisions, but it is not my "house" and I don't run it, nor would I want to. Being a mod is thankless job. I think that, in general, most of the mods approach the job with some modicum of integrity and try to keep things running smoothly, which most people appreciate. So, in general, mods are owed some appreciation and gratitude for taking time from their lives to make this forum a better place.
Ok, does that answer your question?

I think you do actually since most of the complaining comes from you..
