The Grammys are for past winners and current nominees - Axl and GNR have never won a grammy.

Stop thinking GN'R is the center of the world. Nobody gives a shit about GNR anymore, besides us. Maybe that'll change with a new album. But there's NO WAY they're showing up

No. Not for performers a band like Van Halen or GNR would defanetly be big enough to close this thing out

Well unfortunately he's right, no one gives a shit anymore except us, and I also hope it changes when CD comes out, but in order for that to happen CD has to actually be released. GNR haven't released anything in 15 years, why would the grammys give a crap about them?

take a look at how tickets sold ppl DO CARE. the little promotion plus no album PROVES that.

GN'R will not be there. If they were going to be we would have heard something about it. In 2002 there was talk on the boards for a least a week with rumors and talk of gnr playing the mtv awards. Kind of took some of the surprise out of it, but I don't think I would have watched the show if I hadn't heard that they would be there before hand so it was all good. But yeah, with pretty much every announcement that gnr has made in the past few years we have always heard rumors about it a couple weeks before hand, it's pretty hard to keep secrets now that we have the internet when it comes to things like organizing an awards show, there's just too many people involved in the production for the information not to get out. confused

If ppl keep there mouths shut about it. it would be a surprise who are gonna be the surprise performances tonight that they mentioned?

Surprise is NOT code word for Guns N' Roses.   no
