Why? When there's already a delay I don't think they'll want to start the promotion until they reach EU or US. No I don't think so... I suppose this first leg to be rather short (around 20 shows?) and so they can release before it and have good promotion around the whole world. It won't hurt sales if they go on tour in EU or US half a year later... But great to have them on tour again!!!! ?  I'm guessing they want to grab the festivals, so around 15 dates then go to Europe in June. Seems logical... And they won't tour without CD! Not this time... |

They did the festivals last year. ?My guess is that when touring Europe behind an album that's actually been released, they'll want to make the tour about them (ie. no festivals, all their own shows). ?Whereas last year was just a taster to the masses, who may not necessarily have been fans at the time.

You always want to hit either EU or US, the 2 big markets, when you tour on a new album. |

I dont think they will play any festivals in europe this summer. Many festivals are not booking the same band 2 years in a row..
GNR will focus on other parts of the world this summer....
Maybe late summer or fall.
