Her Mom was quoted on the news this morning as saying even she thought it was drug related.  Guess we will see after the toxicology report comes back.  I hear they started the autopsy this morning.

I am hearing on the news that they have not found any illegal drugs in her system just prescription drugs.  Also, no evidence of foul play.

He was around both when they died. but mysteriously out of the room when the deaths occurred. They both looked to have died from the exact same thing.  Witnesses saw Stern conceal evidence, flush evidence down the toilet, pill bottles that contained methadone, Xanax and a couple other drugs were in his name.

Her son and her were both considered to be drug type people so to murder them via overdose would not look suspicious.

While conspiracy theories will abound, I'll take my chances betting on a self-inflicted drug-related death.  First off, you have an emotionally unstable woman who is not very intelligent, who has dabbled in the world of drugs for a long time, and obviously has some piss-poor parenting skills (see dead son).  Second, you throw her into a situation (new mother) in which she has crazy hormones running through her system, coupled with the drugs, coupled with the poor coping skills, whammo.  Third, the woman was obviously a whore.  If you have 3 men claiming paternity, obviously you have little respect for yourself making suicide more likely.

Seriously, the baby is better off.  It's very sad to say it, but it's true.

It is well known she had drug issues and she was still depressed about her son's death. We'll see when the autopsy comes back.

A third man has claimed he might be the father of the late glamour model Anna Nicole Smith's baby.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt, the husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, is set to step into a paternity battle for five-month-old Dannielyn.

Two other men have already laid claim to the little girl, who could inherit ?270m.

Both Smith's partner Howard Stern, who is named on the birth certificate, and her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead insist they are Dannielyn's father.

Meanwhile, an initial post-mortem examination into the former Playboy model's death has not revealed what killed her.

The lawyer raised the possibility that sperm from Smith's late husband may have been frozen and used for in vitro fertilization. No formal claim on this possibility has yet been filed.
