It's a piece of junk sourced from the bootleg. Go get the boot instead, at least that has the full show.

The whole thing too. It's from '92 with the old band minus Izzy an Steven. But all in all a awsome concert.I wish axl and the new guns would release a live dvd.I like the oldd band alot but I also love this new band they have so much potential I just hope they get this era going and soon is the word.sorry I think I might have gone off topic a bit but I bet I'm not the only one to feel this way eh?

I thought the London Hammersmith gig was being recorded for a release, I may be wrong though. Although from reports the crowd was the best one in the UK leg of europe tour, I know I certainly enjoyed it and sensed the anticipation.

Oh well guess we just have to wait, if this gig is released I am definately buying the dvd, have the bootlegs now would like an official release.

Although maybe it could be used as part of a documentary did see lots of fans being interviewed plus with all the major news channels such as Sky and bbc being there it could mean something is on the cards.

Didn't someone say that they were talking to the film crew @ the Hammerstein shows in New York and they said they were filming for a DVD?  That could be promising if true!  If they do it would be cool to see some behind the scenes footage and extras added to the DVD...I still feel burned about the release of the Live in Tokyo DVD's without any extras!

I think if they were to release a Live DVD from this tour it should be a best bits one. all shows spliced together, parts of songs etc a la live era (as long as it was done properly of course). That would be awesome.

I don't see why anyone would buy this DVD considering it is just a spliced up version of the boot already in circulation and you aren't giving money to GNR for this even though it has the GNR name on it, it is still just a bootleg with nicer packaging.

For some reason I don't think a Hammerstein DVD will ever see the light of day though.  For the simple reason that Axl's voice improved 10 fold by the time he finished the tour.  Some may not agree with me but I saw 6 shows starting with Hammerstein and ending with MSG and the tightness of the band and the vocals was drastically improved to me by MSG.

A mix of performances would be a really good idea though.

ahhh.....official DVD release by GN'R? yeah yeah..."late summer 2006" cameramen told us? come on, as if gnr ever did good in live video releasing officially. axl way too busy with cd release, then touring. also in 2007 we even have Appetite-20years anniversary which could lead to a "re-mastered DVD Audio" release -whatever- in the end of this year. chances no good for official dvd stuff any soon from my point of view.
