CD Pre-Orders for Fans?

Do you think that, like several shows, the fans will get pre-order access to the album via message board mods?  That'd be sick!!!

Chinese Democracy will come with a bonus DVD,  entitled Chinese Democracy: The Never End Journey, where it documents fans decent from normal members of society in the late 90's to bitter, hatefilled, social rejects in 2007, all because of the wait. But it does have a happy ending with them been accepted back into mainstream society once the album is out.

Wasn't there talk of a DVD for the first copies?  Maybe a pre-order could get the fans first stab at that, even if they get it the same day it comes out everywhere.
