Hi Ron - I never said that C.D. was done....  did I???  I heard recording is done and that does not mean the CD is done.    I have no clue if artwork, mixing and mastering are done. When the CD is complete, Interscope will tell you...  it will not just show up on the selves.
 
We had a lovely time with Mr. and Mrs. Bumblefoot yesterday.   The interview will be up Tuesday or Wednesday on iTunes.

cant wait to hear the podcast, the quality of them has dropped off however after the "eating with bbf" podcast,

Well they havent really had a GNR podcact since then, but the recent podcasts have actually been really cool.
Interviews with Rob Halford, the Papa Roach guy, and some other cool ones.

But anyway, this next one is probably going to be an all GNR podcast so that should be fun.

Why do people think Mark and John are some sort of "insiders"
They get most of their news on this board...
Occasionally they talk to Ron, but he is not allowed to say much about CD anyway. So, at the end of the day they don't know more than us....
In fact, Ron has shared alot more stuff (some that maybe he should not have) with fans than with them, simple because they are "media" people.

Dosn't one of them work for MTV and the other for SIFI channel.  I remeber on one fo the GnR shows he was talking about haing with Axl at the MTV awards.  Not saying that they have a true inside track but they do have better sources and contacts then most of us on this board.

Theyre just regular fans who happen to be friends with some of the members.

hopefully soon we'll get a new official release date 'cause i dont know about the rest of you but i dont think that its coming on March 6th any more, right now we should see it by May. Which would be sweet if they out did VR in the run of the billbored charts

The title just quoted what Mark said, i.e. the recording is done, not the album. Let's hope this means they're actually putting on the 'finishing touches' this time. =)
