Actually - the vocals and passion in that performance can not be topped - IMO

Probably the 92 VMA's. Axl in his prime, playing with Elton John, a live orechestra and Slash on top of the piano; it just doesn't get much cooler than that.

Slash's tone on the VMA's was horrible, I dont know why

The best has to be Tokio 92.

Paris 92 is great too, especially with the great piano intro.

Hartford 93 is awesome too. Best piano intro ever

VMA's is awsome, I ordered the Paris Pay-per-view in 92, I was at their concert in San Diego 92, and at 12/20/06 in L.A. from those I'd say VMA's and Paris. I have not heard Hartford 93, anyone have a vid clip or link to download it?
