The one they picked for Live Era by far.... I love that version even more than the original one! it's killer! I've always tried to find the show where they took it but I don't fuckin' know!? Huh

That's because it's not from "a show", the Live Era track was made from a bunch of shows edited together.

It changes so often that it's hard to tell.. but I like many '93-versions, just because Axl's voice was so perfect.

Rock In Rio II, first night. By far.

The ''you're gonna die'' scream at Rock In Rio III is the most outstanding moment in GNR live history.

I agree... Cool

A killer start. Tongue

Chicago '92 was really nice, I especially liked the intro.

There was an awesome clip of WTTJ on a Finnish GNR documentary I taped in the early 90s. I'd kill to see the whole song, let alone the whole show! It was one of the summer of '91 gigs in North America, pro shot. I guess it's one of those gigs Axl keeps hidden in his vault...

You got the whole documentary taped? Any chance to get it maybe? Wink

Well, it would be a good idea to rip it off the VHS, but unfortunately I don't have the equipment to do it. It's mainly a Duff interview done in August 1991 (I assume, because that's when they played in Finland), with videos and other clips thrown in the mix. It's been broadcast a few times, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone's already ripped it...

Well I haven't seen it anywhere Sad Is it aired by YLE? If so, it could be found from their archive site.

Do you anyone who could rip it? Or maybe you could make me a copy of it Wink

Yeah, but like I said it was originally aired in '91, so I don't know if they have it over there.

I'll keep that in mind. Guess it would be "good for the community", since it's a somewhat rare (and fun!) interview.

Just to remember, Live Era has some parts of Axl's Voice in Studio.
I Think from the Solo to the end that's all studio voice.

Rockstop or whatever it was called?

I assumed the live footage was from one of the Helsinki shows.......

I saw this show years and years ago. A cousin had it taped back then.....

That was pretty awesome.  yes Thankfully, youtube didn't cut out in the middle of the video like it often does.
