I jokingly called all of them imbeciles. I'm friends with tbizzle who posted like right before me, so it was obvious I was joking. It's a temporary ban, I can go back tomorrow.

The issue of whether or not I thought it was real, was already cleared up before your post. Therefore you didn't honor the agreement that adnan and I had to drop the issue.

You never even SAID you didn't like my movie, you just wanted to make a snide remark about it. So everything in the quoted post above was not necesary for you to say.

Regardless, since I know a little something about promotion, I'll thank you for brining up my movie and drawing attention to it.... which is all you ended up doing.

The site is obviously meant to be amusing and if it offended Brain I am sure he wouldn't have answered the questions.

The offensive aspect of the site has nothing to do with Brain. It has to do with Chris. Read page 4 and 5 of this thread again if you really care.

Look, ER, we said we'd quit the argument. I can only speak for myself, but I genuinely admire Chris, having played synths myself for many years. The site's a bit over the top, but it is a fansite, not a site mocking him. That's my final statement and I hope you and I can honor our agreement and stop this argument.

And yes adnan, I DID quit the argument. Read every post and you'll see that J****** came back with a snide remark that was completely unecesary. And I made that clear.

No matter how you cut it, the owners of the website are GNR fans and they pay to have that site up. ?Who is anyone else to judge how a fan expresses him or herself?

I'm sure Chris likes him.? Pitman's a really cool guy.? From what I've heard about him and what he posts in our forum, he seems to be a very down to Earth, laid back guy with a good sense of humor.?

As much as I love old GnR, I totally respect Pitman as an artist.? He's worked with Axl, Tool, Dr. Dre.? Those guys aren't idiots.? They know good music.? Pitman's worked on metal, industrial, rap, and experimental electronic music.? He also plays guitar and was in a band that released an awesome collection of rock cover songs (including some Neil Young).? If you listen to the Zaum demos, you can understand why Axl would want to bring a guy like that in to help him develop a new sound for his new songs.?

This is all I'm going to say about it.? I just really dislike people thinking we're making fun of Pitman because we have a sense of humor.? Do you know how much time it takes to do EMS stuff?? Why would any of us dedicate that much of our time to someone we didn't even like?? That'd be psychotic.? The simple fact is Pitman likes EMS.? He said so.? You can read it yourself.? And if Pitman is likes EMS, then why do you think you have the right to be all pissed off on his behalf?
