As good as a FLAC file.

Monkey's Audio (APE) is just another class of lossless audio format.

Here's a nice comparison between all the common lossless formats (the 3 most popular are FLAC, APE and SHN)

The radio thing is the only broadcasted thing from this show that has surfaced. I vaugly remember, this being broadcasted over 93.7 The Edge on the day of the show.

All I know is that I copied the source info from the original TXT file.

I got this concert in a trade with Natasa a long time ago. But the original TXT file was made by OTGM.
