That's too bad.  I'm going out to Vegas tomorrow, I was hoping he'd still be out there.  Not that I would've ran into him or anything but that especially can't happen if we're on opposite coasts.

A friend of mine from NYC called me Sunday night to tell me she partied with Axl at a club on the weekend. ? She was really excited when she was talking with him and when she was telling me about it. ?She did give me some info I hadn't heard before. ?The info is scetchy because she was so excited the details were hard for her to remember, but here are the highlights;

 ? - mentioned something about working with K-OS and/or his producer??
 ? - mentioned having a house in Miami
 ? - was really happy and surprised when she told him "The Blues" was her favorite song. ?He then explained to her how he changed the ending of the song and sang her the new ending. ?I am assuming the new version is the 2006 version as aposed to the Pittsburg version.
 ? - he was very gratious and flattered that she new about the new songs. ?
 ? - ?he was drinking champaign
 ? - she said "he seems to be very aware of his reputation". ?Read that how you want.
 ? - mentioned having about 50 songs complete and they are trying to select which ones will be on CD.

I am sorry the info is scetchy but it's all I have. ?This was really a cool phone call to get from her, because she became a fan when I brought her to the Sunday Hammerstein show. ?After that I hooked her up with some the new songs (Blues, Maddy, Better). ?She then went to the MSG show on her own. ?She has no reason to lie to me about this and I have no reason to lie to you about this, I have no need in my life to be the flame target I am about to become. ? ?Just thought I would pass on this info, I know it's not ground breaking but there is some new info.

WOW hes in New York!!!  Who cares, I read a post where someone saw him ordering pizza and a BUNCH of people around him as usual somewhere in downtown New York.  Does that mean hes going to have a track on CD called Double Cheese with Sausage?  Who cares where he is, let's get some album news!!
