you may be aware guns n roses are from the 80s, and practically the same scene most of the band i think you are reffering to were.

whenever I hear guns n roses being lumped in with all those bands like bon jovi and motley crue, I feel terribly embarrassed. Those bands have no artistic merit whatsoever, absolute rubbish sounding and vomit inducing music. I know my rock n roll mate, please dont ever question it again!
