i just called my local best buy. campbell lane bowling green ky 270-780-9855 and asked about a new release, he said which one, i said the new guns n roses record...he said hold on, came back and said he wasnt able to say anything....

 ? ?I love this band, I loved the old band, I don't care at all the Izzy, Slash and Duff aren't there it, it would be cool but life goes on same as a Break up with a hot chick it sucks but it doesn't mean you'll never fuck again (what a fucked up comparison.)

 ?The same as life goes on if CD doesn't come by 31/12/2006...but it is a bitter pill to swallow. Our dissapointment can be measured by the euphoria we feel when we hear a bunch of awesome fucki "DEMOS" I mean we go apeshit about DEMOS!!!!! we stay up till 3 am to see Axl belt out "You know Where The Fuck You are?" on the MTV awards and hear him say in an interview afterwards comming out this year, we searchg the net for clips of the Trunk interview "This Year" again andwhat started it all the Korn party, it makes us feel awesome and we wait (thinking..... I knew you were going to do it no matter how many journalist, critics, radio jocks, freinds and families make fun of us we still believed...)

 ? We are/were told that "if it doesn't come from the source it's not true" well unfourtnatley this year it did come from the the "big guys" on various occasions but nothing since has come.

 ? Of course we/I are/am going to wait...of course we are going to buy it the day we can, if it is now or 2008, it's just tough. But that's the definition of being a die hard fan of something - sports team fans that cheer for years without winning Championships (in my case The Maple Leafs, I know what a loser), you stick to it.

 ?We had many highs this year, wicked shows all over the world, the album would have been the icing on the cake. I think it is more unfortunate than anything else and it must be tough for the Axl and the band members even more so (if we are talking about legal issues causing the delay).

 ? It would all be a little easier with some info, I think the worst part is the 13 tuesdays remark ?by Merk because in the end that really left us hanging in limbo for this year if he said "it will come out when it comes out" or something like that I think it would be have been better.

 ? I didn't mention the 2002 fiasco because for me it was obvious that the band was not ready. It was great to have them out playing Bucket was great but the time and feel wasn't right (too much Circus than a Rock band). This time is/was different. The Press release about Portland Axl mentioned taking the silent route and take the publics critisism about Vancouver/Philly to save the band, none of us can imagine the legal "Jumble Mumble" involved in something like that, it worries me that they seem to being forced into that mode again with the release of the album.


 ? I'm not pissed, this band and it's music has given me so much hapiness over the years it is tough to describe what it means to me.

Maybe I'm an asshole for it but I do feel shitty cause it doesn't look good


But hopefully it will come out very soon ! I doubt a best buy duty manager will be they guy to drop this info on us....like Merk said it will come from the band.

every store has probably been sent a corporate memo insturcting them not to give any details.......the manager i spoke with let it slip because i was at the right place at the right time...........

I called the store and the guy looked it up in the computer and nothing... so I asked him to go ask his supervisor and he came back and said that the supervisor does not have any information about CD.
