well it looks like management didnt ask them to remove it so....... i guess it is coming at some point within the next couple months. i mean the BBC is pretty respected/ credible. this isnt some random site.

Maybe the cd will literally arrive in the store the day of the release.... maybe the afternoon or the evening. That way, say you take off work or go on your lunch hour on the 19th and it's not there. You'll go home all bummed and disgruntled but then you go home and hear on the 6 o clock news that the "15 year in the making Guns N' Roses album arrived in stores today and was immediately released as of 5pm today." That would be kinda clever.

How is that clever? It'd be stupid. Everyone would be angry, and except for the hardcore fans people probably won't go back out depending where they live.

Yeah, but Guns don't seem to mind making fans wait til after midnight most of the time on there tour dates. I know, I saw them in Jax, Fl and they were nearly two hrs late. Point is, they dont seem to mind making fans do that. Do you think it would personally bother them knowing that you had to drive back out to get it. I'm sure the majority of real fans wouldnt have a problem going to get the cd regardless ..... c'mon it'd b the moment we have been waiting for !

I don't doubt they wouldn't have anything against spinning people around their finger like that, I don't doubt that factor. But I doubt all the other factors like money, logistics and third party contracts.
