You think that could be a cheeky anagram?!?! or some reference to gnr? or is it completely random?

My Guess is that the new single has been shipped, being Better. As the fake title of this cd refers to the PC lyrics and Far Downs to something related to Lord of the Rings. Now LOTR was filmed in New Zealand and that country is famous for sheep. The new Harley commercial is called Black Sheep and now contains PC. This will be replaced by Better after the 19th.

Its says on HMV.co.uk, 18/12/06 which would be right for the UK being a monday.  It does say this item has been deleted.  The price is what is strange it says list price ?16.99 HMV price ?8.99

Yes, it's Chicago 92, some songs are missing on this DVD. I have it. I think it came out in May, if I remember correctly. The quality is the same as on the one that was shared already. I think it was the Fan4Fan version.

I actually like that idea, whether it's anywhere near right remains to be seen, but I like the thinking. I can see the PC link with the green grass thing but the New Zealand thing seems way too vague. More like Far Downs is another PC link 'take me DOWN to the Paradise City where the grass is GREEN and the girls are pretty'. It's probably a total coincidence in fact I'd bet it is but you never know
