They will have to release it before Rio or around Rio at the latest, or else they will have the 2002 setlist again & everyone will be pissed.

i dont think the demos have anything to do with the album coming out

That's the big problem. This doesn't mean anything regarding the release of CD  Embarrassed

That's a new pic to me, but, why would a Battle Creek, MI station know shit before everyone else? Seriously, how?

Of course I hope it's true, as we all do, I'm sure. But I've grown sceptical, so if we don't get an official press release saying the album will be out on a certain date by GNR management or Axl, I won't believe it yet.

I hope they at least put a single out before or during the tour - possibly a finished version of one of the leaked songs. The hype around the live shows would ensure it's a huge success.

AXL SLASH DUFF = GOAT

« Reply #2276 on: March 18, 2006, 09:03:34 AM »

It also says in this article that Axl is "hinting" at doing summer festivals which tells me that this article is old news.? Since festivals have been confirmed, I would speculate that the source of the "next month" release is from Slash's statement.? Since this is old news I wouldn't put any faith into it.

My guess is that we'll have to wait at least until the summer shows before an announcement as to a release date.? Remember that these shows are titled "Presents Chinese Democracy" which likely means its the first we'll hear of it (not withstanding demos and songs from '02).? ?Its likely given the summer shows and an announcement around that time that we'll see a release date around November? ok

Where are the shows billed as ""Presents Chinese Democracy"? Is that via GN'R's people? If so, that's a good sign.

The tour wont last that long if they wait until November to release the album.
