I think this post by Mysteron is self-serving and arrogant. It added no new information. Unless you are a complete moron, any so-called "street team" activity wouldn't happen until closer to the release date; it is only logical. Perhaps, I erred in my use of words . . . Accept my apology . . . Still, I stand by my assessment that this is not newsworthy. I remember when I posted that "Official: Buckethead has left GNR" based on an mtv report. Mysteron vehemently denied it saying he had spoken to management (this is from memory forgive me if it is not verbatim) and it was not true. Of course, he had to recant it. I think it is misleading for Mysteron to claim that he is putting "issues to rest" because of his sources. He can only say that he has heard the same thing.

Wrt to the Buckethead fiasco, he hadn't officially left Guns n'roses. He may have, in his head. But he made no attempt to tell anyone of his decision or to cancel the contract he had with Guns n'roses.
