We are looking at a 2005 release date for Chinese Democracy, I would presume a release date closer to the end of the year than the current date

When things move forward, I'll post back regarding Street Team activity etc..

To quote Mysteron, he can only "presume" that the release date is "closer to the end of the year." To "presume" the truth, doesn't put any rumors to rest. That is a very non-definitive assurance that the album is coming out. Furthermore, to state that he was asked not to post this so-called "information", then goes ahead and does so on a Sanctuary sponsored web-site is absurd.
