I believe its this year because GNR have said so, and havent backed down...
I agree with you and I don't.? They haven't backed down per say.? But now if you ask Merck if CD is going to be released this year he doesn't respond.? So technically they are backing down. or, merck just doesnt feel like responding to 500emails with "there are x tuesdays left in the year" |

But what also makes me believe that 2006 will NOT be the year CD is released is that Axl NEVER says "This is a song from our upcoming album Chinese Democracy" or something along those lines when they play a new song. And another clue for me is the Harley Davidson ad with Better. It never aired. So like I said they are backing down. Just not in interviews and the reason for that is simple. Axl doesn't do any interviews. |

It won't be there. I believe Mysteron when he says that GNR will let us know in advance when CD comes out. And to the best of my knowledge they haven't told us it is coming on Nov 28th. And because I believe Mysteron, I kinda think 2006 won't be it. Will it be early 07? Only time will tell. |

Axl doesn't do any interviews. which is why I think brett could be telling the truth(or a half truth at that) considering we can assume that Universal has the master, and Axl has stated that its this year on numerous occasions.. which means that in his eyes the cd is finally finished.. but what can be the holdup?? I still think its coming this year because they havent said otherwise... they would piss off alot of fans if 2006 came and went with so ttle as an announcement on the CD.. I think fans would forgive them if they said "ya, the cd is delayed, but its out on "1/xx/2007" whether or not, I think we will have chinese democracy within 2 months... |

I've had the same feeling for a while now, but I initially assumed that it was because we may have had the same lasagna dinner tonight...Perhaps is it the fact that we agree that Universal still has no completed master in its' possession. |
