I don't know if this is the right thread but here it goes.  Tommy Stinson was supposed to do a radio interview somewhere in Ontario Canada.  I can't remember the place or date but remember it was to be in late November or in December.  Anyone heard the interview?  Maybe he had a bit more new info on GnR.

I hope someone asks them about the status; we haven't heard a comment from them in awhile. It would be nice to have someone stroke our temptuous consciences.

Tommy is preparing for a few dates in the next week. He plans on playing in Europe in February.
Richard is playing at Tommy's gig in NYC like Jarmo said.
Dizzy's at home! He and the Starfuckers play at the Catclub every Thursday (till end of December). He plans on touring Europe although is rumoured to be struggling to book dates at the moment.
Robin has been travelling recently although he is back now.

For the record...
Brain finished touring with Tom Waits on 23rd although I have no idea what he's upto now.
And Pittman... well he's probably round Axl's house playing GTA!  Cheesy

Interesting.  I just wish there could be an interview with Robin.  I think he'd know the most of the situation, considering he has lead on most of the new songs.  Maybe we'll get news of the CD being pressed soon like Buckethead's new DVD is....Time will tell as always.

By the way, Robin is not part of the almost entirely new NIN lineup. NIN will begin rehearsing in January. At around the same time, Robin will meet up with a few old friends.

I could have told you that Robin wasn't gonna be in NIN about 6 weeks ago. That's not news, that's just you trying to seem credible.

Robin is unlikely to be meeting up with "old" friends in January as Tommy plans on touring Europe in February. Best we can hope for now is a January announcement, March rehersals, April release and May start of tour.

Please Jarmo, I don't know what this StickyFingers guy's kick is, but it;'s getting old. Maybe he wants to make us all think he's Axl or something, but all I'm seeing is some sad little kid who's ruining the integrity of an otherwise great forum.

Let's see if Sticky Fingers is still posting after Christmas.....? ok

People who want to see him posting here after that, better hope something happens in the GN'R world. And soon is the word.

Does anybody know how long it takes after they send the labum to be mixed???  Also anybody heard anything from Robin, Brain or Richard Fortus concerning Chinese Democracy???  And last will Robin rejoin NIN???  If so that means further delay for Chinese Democracy.

Robin isn't joining NIN.
Latest rumours suggest that the album has supposedly been completed and that the only thing holding up the release is negotiations with Geffen as to when would be the optimum time to release the album. There is no point in just releasing the album because it is finished, they have to work out when they can release it in order to give it the best chance of succeeding.

As I said, these are rumours, not the gospel truth!

Well I'm also interested in the contract Geffen has over GNR. Will GNR one day actually be forced to release CD? Huh
