You guys could arrange that!! There's no fan club over there that can help out? It's a simple event anyway, just some good gn'r cover bands and fans together to drink, have fun and celebrate the greatness of Guns n' Roses!  beer

Brazilian "Gunner Convention 2007"



Wake up, it's time to celebrate!

For it's second edition, happening this Sunday, July 22nd, in S?o Paulo, the Brazilian Gunner Convention will have, once again, the cover band "The Best GN?R Cover" performing the classics that made GN'R the most dangerous band on earth.

The second edition will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of one of the best Hard Rock albuns ever, "Appetite for Destruction". An album that shows everything that Guns N' Roses are, and to pay tribute to those that the most influenced GN'R's music, we will have the band "Fever" - Aerosmith Cover - to represent GN'R's biggest influence.

Just like the first edition in 2003, a new GN'R cover band will debut at a big GN'R releated event. In 2003 it was "The Best GN'R Cover"'s turn, now we will give a chance to another GN'R cover band to be known at Gn'R's fanbase. After an audition, the band Burning Rose is the one who will make its debut.

Since 2007 seems to be the year of "Chinese Democracy", the band "The best New GN'R cover" will pay tribute to the new incarnation of Guns N' Roses. Formed with members of "The Best GN'R Cover" and some new faces, this band will play the new tunes and rock your world.

Also, there will be a DJ playing some rare GN'R songs and bands who influenced the past and the new incarnation of the band.

The event will happen at the Blackmore Rockbar this Sunday and starts at 6pm.
