WE WON IT !! It's finally back home !!

But Arsenal's awful game today almost made us wait. Playing against 10 men, that have played WAY more games this season and are visibly tired, they still managed to play like shit and be dominated for most of the game...

He'll be fired within the month.

I don't think so. It's not like Chelsea were a complete failure. They won the Carling Cup, are second in the Premiership and have a shot at the F.A Cup as well. Considering that Wenger is still at Arsenal, I believe Jose should be safe for now.

The Carling Cup - omg!

500 million and he gets the Carling Cup?

Why did Chelsea do badly this season? Under investment? Tiny squad hit by injuries?

No. Jose was taught a footballing master class by Fergie who, with a fraction of the budget, never looked like slipping up

Jose had the money and the players - it was him that didnt deliver.

i disagree, with the players jose wanted, they won the league twice and the league cup

this season with the players abramovich wanted they only won the league cup, jose had to change thins to suit ballack and shevchenko and it wasnt for the good of the team, thats bramovics fault, not jose, when you have interference from people who dont know what theyr at it only causes trouble

they money spent has brought them 4 trophies, not just the league cup, and they still have the fa cup final to come

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/6627707.stm

It led to the ludicrous spectacle of Chelsea captain John Terry leading a guard of honour for a side featuring Fangzhou Dong, Chris Eagles, Kieran Richardson, Kuszczak and Lee.

 hihi

don't listen to the media, all the "this is the most exciting end to a league ever, ever, ever" pish was always gonna fall apart. the dutch end of season scramble is far better. just a sad attempt to breath life into an otherwise predictable league.

almost. however up here non-old firm fans complain about this, whereas it seems almost a badge of honour in england.

and i never claimed ours was interesting, but as ever the english meejia make wild claims about the best league in the world which very rarely come true

Bah quit knocking the Premiership - its not perfect but i wouldnt trade it for any other league

When Liverpool and Arsenal finally get their act together we'll have 4 teams after the league....as opposed to the usual....one

Well Liverpool is a certainty, they'll get the cash this summer. As for Arsenal, we'll see...they can either be great or totally mediocre...

With Martin O'Neill and a few decent signings this summer, Villa won't be too far behind you  Tongue

Bah, I was expecting better than a 1-1 at home to Blackburn.

Now we need a better result than Everton to finish fifth...

Best of the rest for the second year in a row? A couple of quarter finals and a semi?

It's not perfect, but I'll take that. Colour me as happy as I could have expected.
