I still think Spurs have enough quality to qualify for the UEFA Cup.
Well, that sounds oxymoronic.
On that note, I think we (Charlton) have enough quality to get relegated

I think Charlton were pretty much set for a relegation battle as soon as Curbishley left.

Typical Scotland get a "well done" were gonna win the Euros, if they win
England get the "same old England" if they lose, and a were gonna win the Euros and World Cup anyway
England fans should be realistic if that was the Czech out there are the Dutch, French, and even Italy or Germany then they would have won 8-0 and nobody in those country's would have said were the greatest.
England won't win anything until they realise they haven't got the best 11 players in the world. It's not like they got a bad or average side, it's just good enough to beat the worlds worst teams and claim their the best.

Well to be honest we were pretty much set for relegation
with
Curbishley last season if it wasn't for that brilliant start to the season. We lost Smertin in like December and then Danny "The C***" Murphy in January (so thats both our main centre-mids gone) and our football became terrible...and I think Curbs knew our squad wasn't good enough to be in the Premiership - hence the extremely defensive approach and the countless 0-0 draws.

Wait it wasnt here in Ecuador
Even though we did nothing in the 2nd half, fucking Valencia make himself thrown out, I think we can make a better match and that the team is working fine.

Nothing to be ashamed of (other than Paul Robinson allowing a goal on a back pass
); Croatia has never lost a Euro qualifier at home.? And I doubt Beckham would have changed the outcome.

If were a team with ambitions of winning a major tournament we wouldn't lose in croatia. Maybe not win but we wouldn't lose.
The beckham thing is stupid tho, we have the best set piece and crosser in the world and he doesn't in coz he isn't fast enough. . . But Downing has pace so he's in
. . Its Silly. Especially when we have a 6 foot 6 giant to get on the end of the crosses.
And it could have been 5 if it wasn't for Robinson in the end

^ I won't comment, aside to say to that Robinson is not an international class goalkeeper.
4th best side in the world? Rubbish. May be lucky to finish 4th in the group.
For the sake of my sanity, drop Rooney (no goals for England for over 2 years and no Champions League goals for Man Utd for 2 years) and bring in Walcott.
His performance for the U-21's last night was exceptional, and his finishing was exemplary.

I think Robinson is Englands best . . whether or not he is international class then becomes irrelevant
Walcott didn't even start for U21's last night. He is obviously a talent but its too early for England 1st team IMO especailly when you have Darren Bent and Andrew Johnson banging in the goals in the Premier League. By the time Walcott is 19 i think he may be in there but he needs to prove himself at premiership level first which he hasn't
and as far as Rooney goes . . yeah he is out of form but he and Steven Gerrard are still Englands best attacking players

^ Ben Foster and David James are better than Robinson, in my opinion.
How many goals have Bent and AJ got this season? I don't think they are really 'banging them in', whilst little Theo has 4 goals for the U-21's this season.

i totally disagree.
he is certanly not the best English goalkeeper.
the only reason Walcott didn't start yesterday is cause Peter Taylor hasnt got a clue what hes doing.
Personally i think Lennon is a great attacking player for us, Rooney is too overated!
