so, "you have to support an english club to get a win against celtic" actually means "celtic won the league".
Your logic it seems, well, a little Irish......
Oh, and i blame murrayfield for our awful performances in europe this term. Its a cavernous shithole, especially compared with tynecastle. The only stadium in the country that is better than tynie for atmosphere is parkhead, and since the stands are closer in its far more intimidating, especially for european softies.
Ah well, we'll crack the champions league next year.....

Have you heard about that amazing story from Brazil where a ballboy scored a goal validated by the referee ? There's an outcry in Brazil since the goal can't be quashed.
Here is the video :
http://rd.terra.es/r/http://www.terra.es/deportes/articulo/html/dpo254751.htm/E18/5
Yeah saw it on football focus.
Balls gone wide so the ball boy decides to be cheeky and put the ball in the goal. and the women ref gives it as a goal thinking the original shot went in.
WOMEN IN FOOTBALL haha she has just set them back a 100 years.
having said that Arsenal support womens football . . well its all there gonna win these days
sorry danny

You'll be swallowing those words come tomorrow after we've pulled off the shock of the season.

I think it'll take a miracle to beat Man U tomorrow - fortunately miracles do happen sometimes in football.
Without Henry and VP we're gonna need an incredible midfield performance. I dunno if we're ready for it. If we do pull off the win we'll need goals from Rosicky, Fab or Baptista - cause Adebayor isn't scoring against Man Yoo for shit.

Chelsea 5 Liverpool 0 is my guess
I cant see Liverpool waking away with anything less than a shockingly savage defeat, i'm just praying we dont get any injuries - might even be an idea to send the youth team out
We havent got a prayer....

Man Utd think they are better than Arsenal, ao they will be attacking and actually trying to play some football as opposed to the 5-5-0 formation merchants we've played so far in the Premiership. Which is to our advantage.
What happened during the week when we played Hamburg, a team that tried to play football? We made them look silly.

For the last 4 years, every time Arsenal have played Man Utd, I have said it will either be Arsenal win or a draw. Today, I have never been so confident of a Man Utd win. Sorry to say

^ Aye, Man Utd are expected to win. But we should see more chances and open play than in Arsenal's other Premiership games thus far.

Adebayor was superb in the holding role, he worked his grey and yellow socks off.
Cesc Fabregas was Man of the Match by a country mile. Rosicky and Hleb got well stuck in, put the tackles in, tracked back and worked for a team which according to some stupid blue shirted twat has no spirit.
Djourou and Toure were immense, and Gallas was imperious.
Eboue was solid, but not his best game. Must do better.
Lehmann's saves from Ronaldo and Solsjkaer were incredible, even if he didn't know much about them.
And I should mention Freddie and Gilberto. Solid. Worked hard. Didn't let anybody down.
And all in front of a Premiership record attendance.

You just named all 11 players in the team - and they all deserved their shout-outs!
Lehmann's save at the end was incredible. Best save of the season so far probably.

^ And I didn't even mention Baptista and his gallop towards the end!
When he gets in the groove he could be very important for us away from home.

I'm not as annoyed by this loss as I am by Liverpool's impotence against Chelsea in the League. 40 minutes with an extra man and they couldn't even manage a draw...and now the bastards are even on points with ManU

Well I obviously exagerated a little, but it's damn frustrating, seeing Liverpool win, or at least draw against Chelsea in all competitions, except the League

Ah football!
If you were asked to guess 2 premiership managers that take bungs you'd immedietly, instantly, say Sam Allardyce and Harry Redknapp - and guess what! Guess who's been accused!
Shock of the century there....not since Hitler strolled about have crooks been easier to spot...honestly, would u buy a second hand car from either?
I do wonder - are the governing bodies just stupid? Does something need to be branded on them before they notice?
I do wonder if they'd actually notice if a team went missing from the Premiership....
