I rate hearts' chances of winning the league highly next season. After hearing the celtic fans today theres no way they can avoid getting points deducted. "Oooh, ah up the ra indeed"

Yeah, been a quality season for us.
Our world cup prospects are looking pretty crap now with almost every newspaper expecting sven to start Crouch as a lone striker.
With Rooney, King, Owen and Terry all injured, Campbell and Ferdinand in pretty poor form and our best striker is apparently peter crouch. And with sven as manager i'm not even sure we'll make it out of the group.

Steven's drumming made the band; he made a big musical difference. His sense of swing was the push and pull that gave those songs their feel, afterwards, nothing worked.

I have never felt more dismayed watching football than when i saw the women FA cup final, and before u ask, it wasn't by choice, it was on at work
Leeds were just dreadful - and Arsenal were dreadful too
Neither time kept any kind of shape - they all chased the ball like it was a playground - they have NO PACE, they are like grannys - they cant run! Neither side could shoot in a straight line - and ffs u run INTO SPACE.
They cant mark, they have no idea how to clear a ball - and have no power when they try, oh it was truly painful viewing.
Never seen football so bad - and if those are the better women's sides....well
I'm all for women's football being banned as i find it as cruel as bear baiting - both to the fans forced to watch and the women playing who think thay are footballers

I know you said you didn't have a choice this time, but in general, chill out man, if you don't like women's football just don't watch it. I've never seen it before so I'm not gonna pass judgement but this is slightly harsh, I'm sure there are plenty of people who do enjoy it. Maybe you just caught a particularly bad match. Although it was the FA cup final.

The standard of football in the women's Euro 2004 was pretty awful, so i'm really not suprised by Izzy's comments.? It's prolly cause they've got boobs that jiggle about and get in the way.

we're all going to europe,
hibs are going to butlins
Na na, na, na na
na na, na, na na.
good night down Gorgie.
To the tune of "My Way"
And Now, The end is near
We've followed Hearts from Perth to Paisley
We've travelled far, by bus and car
And other times we've went by railway.
We've been to Aberdeen
We hate the Hibs, they make us spew up.
So make a noise you Gorgie boys
We're going to Europe.
To See H - M - F - C
We'll even dig the channel tunnel
When we're afloat on some big boat
We'll tie our scarves around the funnel.
We have no cares, for other players
like Rossi, Boniec, or Tardelli
When we're overseas,
the hibs will be in Portobelly

Probably not many of you really give a shit, but I was not gonna open a new thread for this; Bar?a beat Celta last night and clinched their 18th national title. (Liga). This is the best bar?a I've seen in 20 years.
And in a few weeks we'll destroy Arsenal in the champions league final. Danny, are you ready??

And the sweet thing is they could have lost against Celta and still won La Liga, as long as Valencia were beaten Barca had La Liga no matter what the score against Celta Vigo was! And Valencia were beaten 2-1 around half time in the Barcelona match.

Mate, i'm more than ready. I can't freaking wait! Except you're not gonna destroy Arsenal - we're gonna put up one hell of a fight.
And Steve Mclaren as English manager? He'll do I guess.

Arsenal will beat Barcelona, of that there is little doubt. Barcelona are the better team, but i'd stake my entire personal fortune (about 35p currently) on an Arsenal victory
McClaren as England boss - ha! But its an improvement over Sven so i'm not unhappy

Are you serious?! What have Arsenal going for them on a European level except Henry and Fabregas? Very little from where I'm standin, and just look at Barcelona's squad, Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Deco, Puyol, Marquez, Messi (if he's back), Guily, Van Bommel, Iniesta, Laarson, to name but a few. Now, knowing football an Arsenal victory isn't completely of the cards, but it looks highly unlikely.

..and despite all that Arsenal will win, and fairly comfortably
