Campbell? England? Surely he's slipped down to about fifth choice by now, eh?

I didn't think that you were all that great. Well, actually, you were pretty bad. But so were they, so I guess that you did deserve it. I was gutted when Lemon saved the penalty though, absoloutly gutted.

Barcelona vs. Arsenal is going to be a huge game, providing we do manage to finish fourth. Absoloutly massive; how ironic that one of the biggest non-international games that I have seen so far isn't even going to feature the Spurs. It will be, without doubt, the most that I have ever cheered a non Spurs/England team, and almost certainly more than I ever will. I'm fucking terrified.

... Though, I am of course jumping the gun. We could still shoot ourselves in the foot.

What 'big non-international' games involving Spurs are you on about? Huh

Europeon Championship, the World Cup.................................

Before I continue, is English your first language?

We set out looking for a clean sheet and we got a clean sheet.  If we'd been after goals we would've pushed forward, but we wanted a clean sheet.  How is that a bad performance?

But so were they, so I guess that you did deserve it.

They didn't play badly, we just defended well.  People said the same thing about Real Madrid and Juventus and all.

Dude. Getting to the final, it's great. Not letting any goal in for (9? 10?) matches, is absoloutly fantastic. But, for the record, Villareal were a joke in the first leg and they had nothing in the second. Juventus, meanwhile, looked like a bunch of old men......... A shell of their former selves, I think that they've forgotten how to play in Europe. Real Madrid, well. They're just Real Madrid. Villa were not clinical up front and, until the last twenty minutes, never really looked like scoring. If you had have taken the game to them, you could probably have won about 2 or 3 nil. That said, I'm not saying that, were I a manager, I would advise my team to go out all guns blazing in a match that a draw would be enough.......

Now that doesn't mean that it isn't a great achievment but, well... I'm sure that there was nothing in that match to worry Barcelona (yes, I'm that confident..........)

The FA have offered Scolari the England job.  Just because he's won the world cup before they assume he's the right man for the job, but I don't see it working myself.

Dunno if he's gonna accept it, but it's there if he wants it. Undecided

Well, right now, I'm not sure if there is a right man for the job about. I think that Stuart Pierce would make a good England manager, but at some point in the future when he has more experience.

Scolari isn't perfect but, hey... At least it isn't Sam Alardyce.

in comparison to mclaren, allardyce and cubishly scolari is a fantastic choice.

hopefully the fact that he's foreing will mean the media and fans will turn on him straight away and he'll not get a chance at the job cos i personally think he could do well.

I must admit i wasn't a fan of scholari getting a job i would love to have seen Stuart Pearce in there but it is a bit too soon for maybe he will be ready the next time the england job becomes availible,But If scholari is choosen The country should get behind him and support him in his efforts to Make England win ok yes beer beer

if stuart pearce got the job right now he would be in over his head.

keegan admitted it was all too much for him and he had far more experience than pearce.

pearce will be a good england manager in the future, but give him a decade to learn the trade.

Martin O' Neil would've been great, but he's never won a World Cup so he didn't have a chance. Angry

As a Steaua fan, I'm disgusted, simply disgusted...it will remain a mistery for anyone who watched the game just what the fuck happened after the 25th minute...

Congratularions to Middlesbrough for believing until the last minute, but that was their only quality tonight, Steaua's amateurish display did everything else...
