Liverpool bought him after a good European Championships didn't they?
Nope, several years before that he joined us and delighted us with his sublime mix of zero ball control and weak finishing
..and then, a saviour arrived in the form of Aston Villa FC and took him away for ever, eyeyeye
....as a result i love Aston Villa almost as much as I love Birmingham who took Heskey away - god bless ya both, ur welcome to all our other bad strikers

it was on on UTV, maybe you dont get that tho??
Ah I do yeah, it was just when I checked what channels it was on TV3 was the first I saw so I just watched it there. I probably should have watched it on UTV though, cos on top of how shit TV3 is it's just around the corner from me so the signal is real strong and it comes through all crappy.

Tough game last Wednesday, and another one coming up. They're all but surrendered fourth place and are convinced that they're going to win the Champions League. How... Dissillusioned.
I could argue for the rest of my life about how we were more than in our right, how it was Arsenal who were the cheating bastards through the whole should we have played it out incident... But I don't have time. Maybe I'll do it later.
Right now? I'm so fucking hyped!
One more thing... Arsene Wenger proved, once again, what a bad loser he is. I don't know how he dared to square up to Martin Jol. Jol would batter him!

I didn't see the game cause I was stuck on a coach, so i'll come back to the issue of the goal tomorrow.
All I know is this - Arsene is a fucking tool for leaving out Henry again. It didn't work against Man U and it was never gonna work today. I dunno why he's so angry with Martin Jol, because he clearly didn't think this game was that important anyway.

Mate, it was the pitts.? I didn't even have a radio, so I had to get a mate to text me with regular updates.? From what he was saying it sounds like Spurs looked the most likely team to win it, and that Adebayor was a waste of space and should never have played the full 90 mins.
I think Henry will leave at the end of the season.? I didn't before, but now I think he'll only stay if Arsenal finish 4th and
don't
win the champions league.? If we win it I definately think he'll go, as he'll have no more challenges left.? If Henry leaves, then Arsenal are truely fucked.

The goal was right to have counted. The injury was caused by a clash of two Arsenal players, it would have been different if the injury was caused by a Spurs player, then I feel it definitely should have been put out. But Spurs shouldn't be punished because of two Arsenal players' foolishness.

What injury? It was a blatant attempt to take advantage of a gentleman's rule. And how Arsenal come into the equation of any gentleman's conduct is beyond me........
That Fabregas is a fucking little shit as well. Sure, Arsene Wenger brings out the best in the kids, but they tend to end up with a shitty attitude. Reyes thought he was god's gift and, after all the potential he showed, look at what a waste of money he is proving to be now. Fabregas pushing David's in the back, a player in the latter stages of his career, a player who has achieved probably more than Fabregas ever will, was what annoyed me most during the game. No fucking respect at all. It isn't like Davids was stalling, trying to waste some time; he starting leaving a lot earlier than most do after being sent off.
Any complaint any Arsenal fan with half a brain makes against any of the team's actions in the build up and aftermath of our goal should have been dispelled by MoTD's analysis; proving both that Martin Jol didn't see the incident and also providing a good cause for a) playing on anyway, and b) that there was an element of simulation.

But moving that aside for a moment, there's quite a big game on telly tonight.? Semi-finals of the Champions League, apparently.
Holy shit, my team is playing?!? Fuck, i'm nervous now.? I hope Sol can give a great performance and that we manage to keep Riquelme under control.? Here's to scoring an away goal in Spain.

YES! YES! YES!
0-0 to the Arsenal once again.? Thank fuck for Jens Lehmann!
We defended really well today and deserved the clean sheet, although they did have chances to score in the second half.? Henry had a very poor match, so it's encouraging that the rest of the team managed to pull through.? I thought it was funny when the man who invaded the pitch handed Henry a Barcalona shirt.
Campbell for England!
