Go Fowler, not a bad way to celebrate his 31st - he's got to get a contract now

man utd 2-0 arsenal?
This is the first time in a while I can honestly say that Man United is the top team in the Premier League. Unfortunately it's a little too late...

Hmm... I'm still not sure if you would be able to beat Chelsea.

Wow, you beat a tired bunch of kids and you think you're awesome.
No Henry, Cole, Reyes or Ljungberg.
Enjoy your nights in front of the telly on April 19th and 25th whilst some proper football is played.

Ljungberg and Henry came on, and Reyes is pretty ineffective at the best of times. Long term absenties don't count, either.

The difference between the two teams yesterday was that Man U had their star player on the pitch, and Arsenal did not. I have no fucking clue why Wenger chose to drop Henry in an away game against Man U, it's gotta be the dumbest decision he's made all season. We played well, but we lacked the quality up front - whereas Rooney is quality incarnate.
That game hurt, but it doesn't matter all that much. It's all gonna come down to the Tottenham-Arsenal game, basically.

Take points off United? Hoping for anything above a draw is stupid. I'll predict either 1-1 or 2-1. United, of course. I feel a lot less confident about going to Old Trafford and then Arsenal at Highbury than I would have if they had come earlier in the season. We are playing far from our best right now, but at least the win against City showed that we still have a decent resolve... It would be foolish to hope for anything more than two points from those two games. That said, that could be all it would take for us to finish fourth.

its true, man utd are having thier best run since i think 99.they definetly are the best team in the premiership at the moment and that will be confirmed if we beat chelsea at the bridge.
what makes you think henry would have made a difference against united if he started the game or not.he hasnt made a difference in any game hes ever played against united, fact.actually he has scored 1 goal against united, when we beat arsenal
6-1 ?

They're the most in form team yea but the leaugue table doesn't lie, when Liverpool were top of the form league no one was saying they're the best team in the league

That's because when Liverpool were on the best form in the league they didn't decrease a 15 point deficite to a 7 point deficite in a matter of about 3 weeks. United are playing phenomenal football recently and don't look like stopping. As was said before though, they might just have left it too late, this run would have been nice around Christmas when we were playing terrible.

Well I'd say this means Chelsea are the best team in the league (unless scum catch them) the league table doesn't lie, but Manure are on good form and Chelski not in good form!

Well league tables and finals and the likes aren't always the most reliable sources. Were Liverpool really the best team in Europe last season? If so why didn't they even win the Premiership? Who wins what trophy or what league doesn't necessarily tell the full story.
