I'm dying to see the banned Keano interview !!
So sad that they have to censor him - are they that insecure? Whatever happened to freedom of speach - its not as if he's praising terrorists....
He was probably a little bit too close to the truth regarding his own teammates...
Mentally speaking, he's my all-time favourite player

Always thought he used brute force to compensate for the fact he has limited natural ability - but maybe in that position a thug who works hard is whats needed

What a match! Wouldn't have done it without Keano's critisism, even Smithy, who was man of the match by the way (to all his doubters) said so. Even when he's not on the pitch he's winning matches for us! Absolute legend!

Ugh. Bolton pretty much epitomise all that is wrong with the Premiership.
In all honesty, we didn't exactly deserve to win. But to
lose
? What a fucking joke. Diouf was an absoloute fucking disgrace, I can't remember seeing a single player go down as often and as easily as him. When they were on top, which was pretty much the whole of the first half, it was disgusting football. And really, really boring. Horrible football.
I would like to think that Spurs on the other hand played exciting, ambitious football and made the game interesting to work for the last half an hour at least.
Not forgetting that we had a perfectly good goal, of which off-side wasn't even a question, ruled out.
Oh, and Nolan was man of the match. A negative player if ever I've seen one, with a lucky goal to cap it off. Well. Credit were credit is due, the goal wasn't awful...
Though, as far as an England call up goes, I think that the squad would have to be hit with serious, serious injuries first. For a start, there are at least 2
Spurs
players ahead of him as far as that position goes...
Bolton are third now. What does that say about the Premiership...
A complete fucking joke.

And Wigan 2nd
I think thats better than the same old teams being up there all the time - now if Chelski could just start spending sensibly, we might have a league in which no one was sure where there team would finish - much more exciting that what we have now.....

See, I'm all for that.
It's just, have you watched Bolton recently?
I'd rather have a three horse race, where there was quality attacking football up and down the league, than an unpredictable league where teams that play like Bolton can be third. It would be like living in a world where teams like Greece win the Europeon Championship, and Porto the Champions League...

Yes! We killed those cheating bastards, i love it when the good guys win.
What a cracking game. Izzy, we played really well yesterday and, for the second game in a row, Sven made attacking substitutions and it changed the game in our favour. I've never been a fan of Sven, but there's no need to be negative when we're winning. Chin up!

I said well done
He'll need to do much to convert me, but Argentina are (or atleast should be) a very good team and a win against them shows promise

Last night Australia beat Uraguay to reach the World Cup Finals for the first in 32 years! 80,000+ people packed our Olympic Stadium to watch us go through in Penalties!
It was a brilliant game. Australia deserved to win, one of the best Aussie performances I've seen (and there hasn't been too many good performances esp. against decent sides!). Also quite a dirty game! Something like 50-60 fouls after 90 mins. They were filthy both on the field and off (their manager actually starting throwing balls at our players and another of the staff was sent to the stands!).
We dominated the game, aside from the first 30 mins. Kewell came on after 30 mins (he had a very poor first game, lacking sharpness and fitness) and turned the game. He played like the Kewell of old, taking the ball on down the left, worked the hardest I've ever seen him work. Backtracking the entire game and then going forward. You can tell he is unfit and struggling (and what's with that haircut?!), but he was just excellent. Izzy will be very pleased if he can put some similar performances in for Liverpool this season.
I'm actually English and an English fan but as my second country team, I am really pleased Australia have finally made it after winning their group and having to play the South American team that missed out in the first place to make it through!

Brilliant - now they can play badly in peace!
Gunner, I saw the highlights from the Aussie game last night, that must have been awesome. It'll be great to have Australia at the World Cup.

Yep. I can only see it going downhill from here, all of Keane's doubters that just say "Oh, he's a thug." And "oh he has no talent" just look at United's form since he joined the club and watch how it goes for them their first few years without him. They'll be hopeless.

Man, 3-2 against Wigan. Great game!
Henry and Van Persie are gonna be lethal together this season. Van Persie's just the kind of player we've needed. He's sharp, can turn well, can use both feet and has a great shot on him. Paired with Henry and trained by Bergkamp, he's gonna have a cracking season.
Oh, and check out Henry's free kick tonight on match of the day. Pure genious!

United 3-1 Charlton. Pretty entertaining game, and what about Rooney's run to set up Van Nistelrooy's first goal?! Absolute genius!
