Champions of the world? Well, yeah, congrartulations on that milk chocolate cup.
7 points behind Liverpool? Liverpool were never genuine title contenders!
An easy opponent in the Champions League? In all honesty, I'm not sure that I fancy you to go through.

This Mickey Mouse Championship has done United more bad than good...jet lag, fatigue, and not to mention Vidic missing the Inter games, witch will be far from easy.

Says that the first two goals never should've happened...
I was really looking forward to a good match, but it was spoiled by the ref in the first 20 mins... but it happens. Pool could've made it even without. Just sad that it had to go like that..

It's awesome how all the United fans have abandoned this thread.
Hopefully Arsenal beat United in a few weeks, and we take the title on goal difference...

what about chelsea - Bar?a???
Andres Iniessta lalala lala la lalalalala
Dificult macth but finally Bar?a won (I'm from Barcelona)
The refree has supported Bar?a in some ocasions but on the other hand, the red card wasn't really a red card and also should've been more strict with chelsea showing more cards...
Anyway, congratulations for Bar?a supporters!!!!

Gotta say i can't believe Barcelona fans have the nerve to celebrate that victory (although i dont blame them) there was at least one penalty and there could of been 4.
I'm a Man United fan and i have to say that Chelsea were robbed. But i hope we can do English football justice in the final against Barca.... Should be a great game

first game barca should have had a penalty and ballack should have been sent off for a second yellow when he bodychecked iniesta who was running into the penalty area.
only penalty in the second game should have been for the shirt pulling on drogba, but from the ref and linesmans angle it couldn't be seen.

I agree with you that Bar?a did a couple of penalties, but what about Abidal's red card? He didn't even touch the player, can't remember who was. But Bar?a could pass the semifinal just with ten players.
About Man. United vs. Bar?a in Rome it's gonna be the revenge from last year... hahahaha (only jocking) It's gonna be a really interesting match!!!
Good Luck

And what about today? Bar?a won the "copa del Rey" in an interesting match vs. Bilbao. I don't know what Guardiola (coach) told them during half time but Bar?a ate the lions (Bilbao)
This is so cool!!!
Congratulations to all Bar?a supporters

Barca vs United is gonna be a cracker. I think Barca are the favourites and both teams are chasing history (Barca treble & United retaining the Champions league)
I'm looking forward to see who Barca is playing at right-back now Alves is out. I think United will attack down that side coz Messi wont track back and Ronaldo and Rooney might have a field day.
As a united fan i have to say i'm worried about our Full Backs. O'Shea vs Henry doesn't look good and Evra vs Messi could be a tough night for Evra.

I have to disagree with you Gnrfan...
MAN U are favorites cause they are the Champions. Bar?a may have played better football at some stages of the tournament, but playing nicer doesn't mean they will win. English teams get this far on these tournaments not only cause they do have great players, but also cause they know what it takes to win. In a way, they remind of the italian teams back in the late 80's and 90's and their will to win no matter what. The difference though, english teams play better than the italians ever did.
I'm concerned about Bar?a's defense, three of our 4 main defensive players are out; Alves, Abidal and Marquez. I guess Guardiola will have to place Silvinho on the left (I don't think he would though, he's 35 and the match is a bit too much for him) or Piqu?. If that's the move, Puyol and Toure Yaya will most likely be the main defenders and Hleb could play right. Another option is Piqu? left, Toure YaYa and Caceres down the middle and Puyol right, but this is risky so either Puyol or Piqu? will play in the center. Another CRAZY option is placing Keita at left-back. He's never played there before and I really don't think he'll be a good choice.
Either way, I hope our offense is inspired. Glad to see Iniesta and Henry back. Thierry has been out for a month now he'll be out of rythm but hopefully he'll be ready. This is the match for Messi, can't wait to see what he's capable of doing in the biggest match of his career.
