what the hell is that Spanish twat Benitez doing? He's deliberatly screwing Liverpool out of their first league in years - he's team selection is nothing short of blatant sabotage.
Hicks and Gillett need to step in quick

Messi scored two fantastic goals against Zaragoza yesterday, here is the first one (Henry did the assist) :

Arsene Wenger said that "English football is losing its soul", because of foreign ownership and media over-exposure...I find this so ironic, coming from a manager of an English team with no Englishmen...

The Spanish League....every attacking player's dream....after playing in England or italy, those Mickey Mouse defences are a fun treat...
Oh how I'd like to see Ronaldinho or Messi in a real league....

Oh well, you're seeing Torres and he's not doing a bad job in England, is he ? In Spain, he didn't score that much (14 goals during his last season).
And I doubt Henry will score in Spain as much as when he was in Arsenal.

Torres was always a Premier League type of player, tall, fast, and good on his feet while taking on defenders...and 14 goals is not bad considering he played for a mediocre side...
At Arsenal, the whle team played for Henry, it's obvious he scored a lot (the fact that he was brilliant helped, of course), so I doubt he'll score as much for Barca, but it's possible...

So Liverpool lost today 1-0.
Torres had a terrific chance to tie the game during stoppage time, but he bounced one off the post.

Hm. It could have been worse...
It could have just been Lee Dixon.
Or, if you were really after a horrid football experience, a Lee Dixon half-time analysis sandwiched between two Graeme Le Saux commentated halfs.

What are your thoughts on Andrei Veronin since he joined Liverpool?
I caught like 3 games and in the first he won the game for them 1-0 and was basically the best forward out there. Then in the next two he came off the bench, and in the last one with like 10-15 minutes to go when they were down to 10 men...
