and did someone say something about Robinson conceeding more goals from outside the box then any othr keeper last season...? That goal at Villa must be doing wonders for his stats this season...
... and you are trying to prove that stats mean nothing, or...?
Would you have
expected
Robinson to save it?
Not in that case - but the point being he is stats-wise the worst keeper in this field, and lo and behold yet another goal conceeded from that position - when it happens again and again its not fate, he's doing something consistently wrong
He didn't save it because his agility is not what it could be. It made me chuckle when that went in.
Having seen MOTD last night, I'd give Ben Foster a start in the friendly against Holland.
If you're good enough, you're old enough. I'd also like to see Theo Walcott and Micah Richards given a place in the squad.

He isn't in a critical condition, and it's more to do with Jose.
not critical, he had an aoperation on his skull, he may have to get a steel plate inserted into his head, and probably wont play football again this year

No, because an 86th minute goal by Henry was dissalowed for an imaginary hand ball.
Great to see United back to its old style of play, and with a great mix of old and young players. If only the injuries would stop...

If that was any other Top side like Lyon, Real Madrid, AC Milan, or Barca, they would have won 8-0 against F.C worst team in the competition.
It seems silly that United can beat sides that bad 3-0 and think they really have a chance of going all the way.

Whoa! Wait a minute ! Did you just say that Manchester United can't win the Champions League based on the argument that they ONLY won 3-0?
You're either spamming this thread of you know shit about Football. Most likely, both.

Wasnt a vintage showing though - and Ronney, what is he doing on the left wing. He's not going to help his scoring prospects from there.
I think this could be Man Yoo's year though - for the premiership and CL, though i think another striker wouldn't hurt - Ronney isnt prolific and Saha cant handle things alone.

Hmm. Maybe your criticism of the man stems from something like that. You know, the best part of Rooney's game isn't his ability to score goals. He's the other kind of striker. He's no Ruud. That is what united need.

nah, i criticise Rooney because he's a revolting human being - as a footballer he's decent, but hardly what the media claim (but then who is?)
