I used to respect Chelsea until Abramovich came. If you think realisticly, you will find that he is killing the football. I mean I am from Bulgaria. I never watched Arsenal live, but since 1991 I am supporting them. I love English football more than bulgarian (I mean the Premier League). So if somebody come and buy my favorite team like he's buying ice-cream in the streets I will be disgusted! That's why I hate them and I'm proud that I'm a gooner supporter. Think about it...

I don't mind Chelsea, mainly because of Jose being sucj a legend (another hotly debated topic)
it strikes me as jealousy that fans of other clubs whinge about Chelsea's spending, look at all ther big clubs in histroy, they have all had wealthy backers who've spent lots of money, Liverpool, Man U and Arsenal to a lesser extent have all spent tens of millions to keep improving, admitedelly not on the scale of Chelsea, but if you could you woudl and the fans would love it

Liverpool, Man U and Arsenal also spent lots of money, but they are BUSINESSES ! They don't spend money, they invest, hoping that they would get more in the long run/ And ManU got to the point where they can afford big transfers after years of growing its own super-generation of players, and playing them along bargains like Cantona or Solskaer. But we talked about this too many times...
You're right about one thing, Jose is a magnificent manager

im another person who hates all the chelsea bashing, and the fact that people refuse to type "chelsea" is just childish
i have a lot of respect for jose, hes a great manager, hes won everything in a very small period of time and has made some excellent buys, dont hate him or his players just because abramovich has money, if you want to hate someone hate him, not chelsea, i dont think he knows much about football
look how well lampard played when ballack was missing, i dont think jose really wanted him, look at abramovics striker - shevchenko, and look at the man jose wanted - drogba, and if im honest iv gotta say id choose drogba at the minute, the man jose wanted
people are always going on about how theyr bad for the game, like up tapping up players and stuff, that stuff has been going on for years but people want to make a big deal about it because its chelsea
if you ask me, everyones just jealous of chelsea and thats why theyr crying all the time, and for the record im a united fan by the way

Chelsea are ruining football - no one can compete, the Premiership is a rather dull league at the best of times and now you can predict the winner for the next 20 years....
For gods sake start bringing in some spending caps!

theyr not ruining football, its not theyr fault they have more money, yet still they havent won the champions league
and be honest, liverpool have probably spent more in the last few years than any other club in the premiership bar chelsea but your not complaing about that, differencr chelsea bought quality, liverpool bought a few decent players and a load of dummies, if yous have to spend your money more wisely then maybe you could give chelsea a run for the title

That's cos no matter how big Abramovich's wallet is, it takes more than a team of individuals to win the champo's league, the premiership can be bought, but the champion's league is about great teams workin as a unit, ala Barcelona.

theyr not a team of individuals, mourinho is about team play, he hasnt gone out and signed worldclass individuals, however like i said earlier its abramovic that wants the big individuals such as shevchenko and ballack, not mourinho

Not that I'm a fan of them, but I'm curious about everyone's reasons for the Chelsea bashing.
No respect for the game. Mourinho's comments about Anders Frisk were completely out of order and proven to be unfounded.
No respect for other clubs. Tapping up big name (and ego) players and kids is just downright out of order.
No financial sense. With the amount of debt they have racked up, if they were in the Bundesliga, they would have been relegated every season Abramovich has been in charge.
No class.

if that was true, mourinho would not have signed them, Mourinho has tapped up countless amount of players every since he was at Porto, he also recently tapped up a 10 year old kid from Leeds Academy & offered him ?10,000 in cash and a new kitchen for his mother.
hmm i guess your just another Chelski "supporter" who came around when they won the league two season ago.
Whereas im loyal to my club, Sunderland AFC, we are on the up

^ To be fair, I'm not sure Mourinho has that much input into the signing of players for the youth scheme. This is primarily down to Frank "We'll pay ?50,000 now, and another ?100,000 later" Arnesen.

I'm not sure if the Panorama programme was shown in Ireland, but the footage of Arnesen was extremely damning. Shoot, he made an offer for a player contrary to FA and Premiership rules.
And if Leeds didn't have the evidence, they wouldn't have submitted a complaint to the FA about Chelsea's 'behaviour'.
Yes, tapping up and bungs have been going on for ages, but who is the only manager, apart from Jose, to ever be found guilty? Arsenal's George Graham.
If you behave in an arrogant manner, people will look to bring you down. Chelsea were an average Premiership team. A Russian billionaire comes in and throws money around willy nilly. They play boring football and send three quarter full home crowds to sleep as they win the Premiership twice on the bounce.
They are by far and away the most hated team in London, and people want to see them bought down. Two journalists for national papers have weekly articles dedicated to slagging off Chelsea. And if they are so stupid as to get caught on video making illegal approches for players, they deserve everything that comes their way.

Juses Christ man, do you know what is the magic football at all? What the fuck? No offence, but the things in Chelsea are like this:
Jose - I want that player but he's 30 and he worths 65 millions
Roman - OK so what's the problem?
Jose - Well...
Roman - Don't worry we have it!
This is not football and this is not business in the football. Think logically. They got so many good players that they are destroying them. What's happening with Shaun Wright for example? What's happening with Makalele or Geremy? They just keep buying and buying. Stupid. Why do they need Schevchenko and Ballack? They're destroying the football! Fuck it!

er to improve theyr team would be a reason to buy them, but as iv stated i dont think jose wanted them, well maybe ballack but not shevchenko, abramovic wanted him
and dont blame chelsea for shaun wright-phillips, he was stupid for signing for them, he didnt have to, he wasnt held at gun point to do so, but no everyone wants to blame chelsea when it was wright-phillips decision in the end to sign for them

^^ To clarify a few points (and I doubt you'll find a bigger Chelsea hater than me at this place):-
1) Mourinho did not want Shevchenko. Kenyon and Abramovich are trying to raise the global profile and appeal of Chelsea, to try and compete with the likes of Real Madrid and Man Utd. Having big name world superstars like Shevchenko and Ballack aids that. Mourinho prefers team players, players who will run until their socks are worn through, players such as Drogba and Essien.
2) Mourinho wants 2 players per position. They don't have that big a squad compared to some clubs in the Premiership, it just seems big because practically every player is a household name.
3) SWP is a greedy bastard. He should have followed his head and gone to Liverpool or followed his father's heart and gone to The Arsenal. Also, Man City can negotiate with whoever they want. They valued SWP at ?16 million, which Liverpool were prepared to pay, over the course of 2.5 years. Chelsea came in and made a bid in excess of ?21 million and paid the whole lot up front. Was all that money for SWP? Or have they got a pre-contract agreement with Micah Richards, who was causing a stir even then in the youth set-up? And when you are ?63 million in debt, you're not going to turn down a massive sum like that in one chunk.
And therein lies the real financial clout of Chelsea, the ability to pay a transfer fee in one go, should they wish. The whole fee for Shevchenko was paid in one direct debit from Bank Abramovich to Milan this summer. But when it came to pay Man Utd for John Obi Mikel, they are paying in instalments. And as for Cashley Tweedy's move to Chelsea from Arsenal, we may have Gallas but we have only been paid ?2.5 million thus far, with the rest to come in January.
