Shevchenko is about to sign for Chelsea
*Gulp*
Though why do they buy old players? Shevie isn't getting any better....and 30 mill is a daft amount to pay for a player you'll get 1 or 2 seasons from at most
they've signed that 20yr from feyenoord. kalou?? seen him play a dozen or so times in the dutch league late night on 5 this year and i'm certain this boy'll make it. strong as an ox, bags of running and gets it right defenders.

Shevchenko moving to Chelsea is after fucking over two of my favourite teams! AC aren't gonna win Serie A without him so that's one, and Chelsea are gonna plow through the league this year with him, thus fucking over Man U. Bastard!

No, cos Van Nistelrooy has been in shit form for United recently, so losing him will make no difference to United, so they're still fucked (unless they buy David Villa, which I really hope they do) and since Van Nistelrooy's been so shit AC are gonna need better than him to win Serie A, so they're both still fucked!

Quality is quality dude.? Just because Donkey had one poor season there's no reason to put him down.? I think you'll miss him when he's gone and I definately see him scoring goals for Milan.? Anyways, if he leaves then Shrek will miss his sidekick and get sad.

Arsenal are being investigated by FIFA for illegally paying some Belgium team
BUSTED!
If this were some other team it would be relegations and bannings galore - but just as Chelsea managed to get away with doing the same thing with Corinthians Arsenal will emerge unscathed
Considering how corrupt FIFA is its almost hypocrisy they investigate others double dealings - the bastards gave, and then took away, a world cup slot to Oceania - very dodgy!

I really don't see what we've done wrong.? It seems we donated money to some Belgium team to help them develop, then proceeded to buy a few players from them.? Sounds like everyone wins to me.? If it's against the rules then I guess we'll be punished...

Are you a fan of Chelsea, Izzy? If you are you should be happy to get one of the best strikers ever. He's getting out of the defensive oriented Italian league and will light it up where he's going.

Why u little
I support Liverpool
I took comfort in the fact Chelsea just buy crap when they go into the transfer market - Crespo, Mutu, Drogba
...but Shevcenko is actually a good player as opposed to that lot.....i'm worried....

Rightly so, by buying Shevchenko they've pretty much bought the league title.... again

When have United ever bought the league? United built their most succesful squads from their youth teams, Giggs, Beckham, Scholes, Neville brothers, and many more all came through United's youth ranks. All Chelsea have been doing of late is buying ten players a season and winning it that way.

lawl - England are 6 goals better than another team - that does say something about the state of international football!
Well done Crouch - now would it be too much to ask you to score for Liverpool sometimes?

Yeah, it must be frustrating for a Liverpool fan to see Crouch so sharp in front of goal...Hungary and Jamaica aren't grreat teams, but thenm again neither is half the Premiership

Peter Crouch was one conversion away from the most mickey mouse hat trick of all time: a major deflection (or, for anybody with eyes, an own goal), a tap in that he almost hit over the bar and a penalty.
... Though, I guess that the people of Liverpool are used to mickey mouse accolades that come in threes.
Unfortunately, he put forward an early contender for worst penalty of the year and cancelled it out with a superb third goal.
Did anybody else get the feeling that Arron Lennon was told to hold back?
I only say that because he wasn't attacking the play at all, I remember only once when he did and he was dispossesed. He's shown against Arsenal and the like that he isn't afraid of the big teams or the big stage, so I doubt that he simply bottled it...
Nor did Walcott even make a cameo, so I'm guessing that, given that they are our "secret weapons" Sven didn't want to show them off to the rest of the world just yet............

I think Eriksson not playing Walcott means Defoe is gonna go to Germany.
I'm still

that Darren Bent was not even picked for standby
