I don't think we'll be told that information, but maybe other stuff though, like single release information,

yup, but as he said a date it means that they are real close, and yeah it's a tentative date but that also means that if it's not out the 6th of march it will prolly be out soon after that,

i thought after a year of waiting since we first heard the leaks the excitement was gonna grow old, but i find myself as excited as I was in February listening for the first time to all those amazing songs, if not more

one year later, but it's finally coming!

How great does it feel knowing we are in 2007, the year of Chinese Democracy, and we are roughly two months away? I am quite excited. Anybody else feel this exhiliration as well?

This is closest we've ever been. It feels like it's finally gonna happen. Here's to a repeat of 2007, and with an album!

2007 may almost only be a 1 day old, but I for one have a great feeling this is going to be another amazing year for Guns N' Roses

I'm hopeful I guess... But personally I can't see myself getting to crazy about it.
Life's busy, and one day I'll trun around and there'll be an advertisement in a magazine, or a new video.

THEN I'll start thinking about it...


As to the question about releases in other countries, I'm sure that it will get released on whatever the usual day of the week for releases in each country that falls closest to the eventual US date. No major album release is ever going to leave much of a wait for overseas fans again now downloading is so easy...

I guess with the release date we've never been closer, yet I feel that Axl won't deliver when he says he will.  Since he did give a release date I'm pretty sure it'll be out in 2007 but I have a feeling when March 5th comes around someone will start a topic "can you believe we'll have CD in 2 months from now?".

I've been through far too much of this delay crap to believe anything, when I have it in my hands I'll believe it.

Every country cant get their own date, it will be something like Europe the 5:th and America the 6:th.

I'll get surgery on my knee a week before the release date. So when it comes out, my girlfriend will buy it and I will be OFFICIALLY allowed to lay all day in bed and listen to CD. Great.

I think its very niave to assume March 6th is the actual release date. They could arrange a tour and decide its best to release it during the tour months later. Then the 2 month wait you guys speak of could easily double.

Im more exciting about GnR possibly coming back to the UK later this year.

I'm not so sure of a tour before CD, I think they actually realise this time that they need to get the album out before touring (in his 'open letter' his ex manager said that axl tried to put the US tour back last year so he could finish the CD).

I agree. They can only tour so much on the 'hits', and i'm sure the band is aching to get rid of some of the oldies, and start playing some of the new stuff they've put their hard work into. I really think they know it's time to get it out.

ive been in this boat so many times already, i wont believe CD is out or coming out until i see it in my own hands or on the self in the store.
