The definition is a talentless, annoying asshole who tries to find forced artistic merit in pieces of entertainment. In other words, they get paid to sit on their fat asses and bitch about doing what we pay $10+ to do for fun. Think about it. I'm a filmmaker and I think they're beyond irrelevant.
