Heavy Metal Stars Pick Their Favorite Albums Of 2006 - Bumblefoot's Pick

Thiago Sarkis of the Imhotep webzone has compiled a list of 155 hard rock/heavy metal stars' favorite albums of 2006 and has posted it online at this location (scroll down the page). The artists had total freedom to pick between one and five releases (albums or DVDs in any style) from 2006. The following is complete list of the musicians offering their picks for the finest releases of last year:

Guthrie Govan is a guitar player from the U.K. and Erotic Cakes is his debut CD. Ron played on one song as a guest on Rhode Island shred. I have it. Its pretty good.

I know a lot of those people, but I'm from Europe and most of the people are also from european bands. So it depends on from where you are if the are recognizable or not I think.
