i think Baz continuing to open for them would still be good. remember alot of people will be seeing them for the first time so baz won't be played out.

The Stooges have a new album coming out...
Guns N' Roses supported by The Stooges... sounds pretty damn good to me! (Duet on Raw Power?)

In my opinion, DragonForce is so dated. I know they're a new band, but their sound was relevant (in my view) 20 years ago. Playing with a band like that will only enhance the perception that GnR is a nostalgia act.

The Mother Goose Pickers ( www.myspace.com/mothergoosepickers) I told Ron that The Pickers should open for guns on the next tour, he just laughed and said he heard them on myspace. I mean what could be better than The Mother Goose Pickers/Suicide Girls/Guns N' Roses ??

Past openers:
I thought CkY didn't fit, and wasn't great. I loved Mix Master Mike, would like to see him on another tour w/ GN'R, but most rock fans don't get it. Bullet For My Valentine, missed them all 4 nights at Hammerstien but I was on Warped with them this summer and I was not impressed. I hear most GN'R fans in NYC didn't like them. Papa Roach.. I've hated them since thier first single.. BUT I thought they rocked at the GN'R shows. Suicide Girls..saw em and met them right before the GNR dates.. the girl with the hoola hoops is the best part, she could just be the whole show.
Ok.. now here's who I think should be on the next tour.
Body Count! Body Mutha Fuckin' Count!
Buckcherry is almost too perfect a fit. I may see them tomorrow, if they are bad live i'll ammend this post.
SUPERNOVA. I haven't listened yet and I guess I'm just basing it on Gilby, but I'd love to see him opening.
and now for the far fetched ones that I woud love:
Marilyn Manson Andrew WK Andrew Dice Clay Arrogant Sons of Bitches Riverboat Gambelors Glassjaw Misfits
EDIT: ...i can't believe i left out VALIENT THOR... they'd be great

Mix Master Mike, and he is better than all of those second rate rock bands they had in 2006.

Oasis, NIN, Metallica, Buckcherry, the Living Things....
GNR need to start at a reasonable time this tour. 10pm. There's nothing like being in a show and then when 10 minutes before the buses stop running half the audience get's up and starts going for the exit doors. This happened at both the Everett and Portland shows. It was a real bummer... I thought the band would want to play for the crowd and not have them see half there show?
When I saw then in Tacoma in 2002 they started around 10 ish... the energy level was better and so was the crowd. After standing since 7 or 8 till midnight you tend to be a bit tired and worn out. Especially when you work and/or go to school.
