www.worldwidealbums.netwhats surprising to me is Greatest hits sold so well and it being released as late as it was. By those numbers, you woulda thougt Democracy would have done much better. Maybe the leaks, the streaming, and overall Axl backlash hurt sales rather than lack of promotion.
I don't think you can make any comparison between the Greatest Hits album's sales and Chinese Democracy's sales.
