Reporters and people back stage say he heads to an oxygen chamber, the bathroom, or a "rest area" set up back stage (with water and stuff).  Not sure if any of those 3 areas are "laptop" equipped with sat or wifi uplink.

Active in the public eye, yes. Mysteron is on the inside, so we can't say if they're active or not.
