Rock am Ring is the only full show (well, minus OTGM, Madagascar and some solos) available in soundboard quality. The full Inland Invasion show is available, but it's sourced from a webcast and sounds degraded.
Download Festival is available in full, but the source is Axl's monitor and instruments are considerably lower than Axl's voice in the mix.
Three songs from Download are available in soundboard quality - "My Michelle", "Paradise City" and "Nightrain" - although Nightrain lacks Bumblefoot's guitar in the mix.
The best audience recording in terms of sound quality is probably Budapest, but I haven't heard recent audience recordings and therefore can't comment on them.

Forgot about Rock in Rio because I've tried to block it out of my mind.
