i assume the audio monitors he wears in his ears. those always seem to give him problems.

Saw Aerosmith a couple nights ago ...throughout his show he kept talking to sound guys regarding the monitors in his ears as well(reminded me of Axl).....this is probably a common issue. So many sound variences from song to song.
