But I will say this... Please Please don't send this to radio stations. Axl didn't spend 10 years writing an album to have the demos leaked to the radio by the very fans that have stuck by him for decade. It's a great track, and I'm glad we can hear it but let's keep this one to ourselves. ok
I agree 100%. Fans need to stop trying to promote this. When the album is ready, Axl will decide the type of promotion he wants to do. ok

wow i can't stop listeng to this demo! imagine what CD will be like! Shocked
lyrially, as well as musically, axl is a genius.
"back in an ordinary day, not in an oridinary way"
wow this song really touches me, i can't wait to hear the final version! definately up there with madagascar and the blues, lord knows what other masterpieces this guy has in store!
axl now finally has the creative freedom to be up there with his idols led zep and queen and it makes me all misty-eyed to think about peace

Okay. I'm listening to it for the first time. I haven't even finished it yet.

At first I was really unsure...

And then I got to this bit.

You decide if I don't have to
Then they'll find
And I won't ask you
And anytime or long thereafter
If it's cold outside
Ive imagined

It's...Amazing.

i think that might be Fortus playing the solo

I'm quite sure it's Brian May, didn't notice it first but after listening trough headphones I recognized him immediatly.

Great song, I like it more and more after listening to it for most of the day (I think my boss would have wanted me to do some work also  hihi )

I agree. TWAT's lyrics are weak compared to this.

I REALLY like it...

Again, the mix needs work. ?But other than that it reminds me of some UYI stuff and, for some odd reason, puts me in the mind of "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" and a tiny bit of "Strawberry Fields".

It definitely has Beatles-esq moments to it (the la la's, actually, for example), which I enjoy. ?In addition, it shows, again, that the quality of material on this album is pretty remarkable.

I think it's really good. Totally different from any of the other leaks. I really believe Axl when he says it will be eclectic. "People will hear music soon"

I haven't listened to this, nor do I have it, but these descriptions are giving me goosebumps! lol   I absolutely love GNR songs that feature piano, so I can't wait to hear this on the album!

Now, no more leaks Grin

Oh, aye.

If we're looking for Beatles moments, also look no further than around the two minute mark, just before a few la la's......

That bit's great! Bit of Sargeant Peppers........

I once read something somewhere about CITR being one of Axl's more daring moves.

wow. I must be missing something ... I've listened to this a couple dozen times now and I cant for the life of me believe you guys think this is better then TWAT or for that matter any of the other leaked songs. Especially "Better" ... but it's all personal opinion I guess.

I wonder though if this had leaked first then TWAT would the reaction be different. Cause we've all had TWAT for awhile and listened to it a zillion times , maybe the fact that CITR is "new" is adding to it's allure?

Again , IMHO , good song but cant touch the other 3.  peace

My exact opinion.  I can the potential though.  It's hard to tell because the quality really sucks.  I think teh lyrics are wonderful, but the song is so-so.  I justy know the song will be 100% better in its final form.  same goes for all the demos we've heard.

We need some damn official news now!!!!!!!!!!!!   rant rant

CITR Sounds more like old UYI GNR and has a Vintage Feeling...

The Other 3 are more Modern Songs with a touch of Classic Rock Feeling..

All of them are awesome in their own right,...

I didn't expect C.D Demos to be as good....

The lyrics are pretty good , I agree. But the music just doesnt seem to go anywhere .. the song seems to just wallow around and spin it's wheels in one place.  Huh

Compared to citr , better is like going on a big journey , ya know?
