He just repeated the lie & then he said "Stay tuned for the encore, and then lots more GNR after that."

Maybe they'll play the actual Edmonton.

Ok, they're really trying to pull a fast one on us. Now they're playing "Down on The Farm" off the Spaggitti Incident". WTF!

Guys, somebody else should call Brother Brett and call him on this. The number is (780) 451 - 8097
Deadhorse, you've got a busy day for yourself tomorrow. ?Call Melissa and tell her they weren't fooling anyone. ?Even a non-GNR fan would figure out that wasn't the Edmonton with multiple hints. ?Don't get me wrong, I think it's awesome they played an entire setlist, we'll cal it, but what's with the lies? ?Just say we're playing 2 hours of music from the one of the greatest band's ever in commemoration of the kick ass show they put on last week. ?Since we couldn't get the rights to play THAT concert, we're gonna do our best to re-live that night. ?It's as simple as that.

I just finished writing her an e-mail, but I will call her too. I talk to her usally once a week, she a hoot.

But now I'm courious as to which concert " Liquor and Whores was from. It could only be 1 of 4 shows, my guess is the Edmonton one. You know now that I think of it my wife called me 2 weeks ago when the radio station in Halifax played a live version of Sweet Child and they said it was from the Haiflax show.

I bet it was possibly the Inland show as well.

Well they played "Liquor And Whores" which was NOT played at Inland Invasion.  So this is really weird, lol.  I think it's a mixture of Inland and the Edmonton concert.  They played "Chinese Democracy" as an encore in Edmonton, but NOT at Inland.  So let's wait and see what happens.

Yeah, I noticed that he is now calling it the "setlist from Edmonton". I can't wait to hear from the people from the station tomorrow.

And that was CD from Rio III. When Guns played it in Edmonton Axl didn't introduce it. Robin actually teased with teh opening riff a few time b/f playing. I rmember b/c teh guys with me on teh floor wnated to know what song it was.

Poor Brother Brett, he knows teh difference but I guess he didn't realize we would pick up on it.

Ok, so the guy replied again.>

>I wasn't told that it wasn't. Now that a few of you have come forward, I
>guess it it. But at least it the setlist from last week. I get it I know
>your a "fan". If you were to listen to my show at all, you would know I'm a
>"fan" too. If you want to know more, talk to my boss. Lcross@newcap.ca
>
>brother..

Here's what I replied:

Dude..I wasn't ragging on you. Chill out.

I suppose you've read the open letter to the fans. Everyone in the press (like bullshit metalsludge) is now saying "Screw Axl... He canceled more shows and delayed the album again" when in fact firing Merck, coming up with an approximate release date and taking things into his own hands is the best news I've heard in the 13 years that I've waited for this album.

If you're a fan, like myself and the rest of us, maybe you can talk about how awesome this is on the air, and GNR can get some good press for once.

Thanks for playing GNR tonight. You kept me up way later than I wanted to be.
