 I check this board everyday for (possible) updates, and truth be told I go back and forth between patient and disgruntled. As I'm sure the rest of you do too. (Even the most 'high and mighty' of you - be truthful with yourselves and you fellow board users.)
 I've said it before and I'll say it again...
Please, the holidays are right around the corner. Spend time with your families, bang your significant others, donate to a charity, read to an orphan, etc...
 Don't let even one more day pass you by waiting for an album that, quite possibly, may never be released.
If it's meant to be, it will happen.
 It's like drying paint. It'll dry regardless of if you were to stand around watching it, or if you leave a room altogether.

That said...I would be Fucking nuts if it came out on Tues. Dec. 19th.  I just finished my Final Exams and now that I'm break for a month, it would be great to listen to some CD for a month.

We will know what delayed stuff(if something has been delayed)
We will know what's going on at the moment.
we will know what Gnr is going to do the next 3 months or so.
We will know when the album Could fall(not when it will)


I think like many others that Feb could be a strong real date. so let's wait a bit.
Baz is cool for telling this but it's like he's asking for attention.
Why is Baz telling us this?

He gives us new song names, information about them
He has heard Cd
He knows when it's coming out
if we want chinese Democracy come to the shows. (like he is trying to sell tickets)

Let's hire this guy for the GNR PR!??? He's way much better then merck at the moment(as a figure of speach)

I second the notion on BAZ as PR manager.  He clearly understands how to communicate with fans, and delivers new info. without being coy or arrogant.  Unlike some leeches who have attached themselves to the Axl/GNR camp.

I think this is lame. I've never critisized this bb yet, but we actually have a recent quote from Baz that confirms there IS a release date for ChinDem, and the story gets burried into a "related" thread. For fans looking for positive news about the new album, I don't think it's cool to bury the news story like this. Most members won't find it on page 17 of a 20+ page thread. I didn't even SEE it here. I found out about Baz's quote by doing a daily "Rumor Check" at mygnr, because it was a thread with its own title.
