What I was trying to say is that he was a troubled kid who left home to face the worst of circumstances in a new town, and yet he succeded in becoming more than he ever imagined.

I totally agree - it's a bit creepy, even - but it's also a refreshing change of pace from "my cousin's uncle works at Wal Mart and says the album will be out next Thursday" threads...

Talent AND charisma, voice, writing abilities (lyrics and music), doesn't understand the word "compromise", cool sense of humor,... ok

Another thread about why SOMETIMES Axl is not great would be cool too... Grin
